with a pedometer you can achieve that target in no time!
Keeping up to date is easy; you can do it by email every day, or manually
enter steps on the website. Keeping a journal of your steps is also an
excellent idea.
If you're unsure of the distance of your route you can use resources like
www.walkit.com and
www.mapmyride.com.
On Active Travel Harrow, you can also keep track of regular cycling, if
you have a cycle computer.
