Demographic information

This information is entirely optional, but is extremely helpful to us in understanding people's travel patterns in relation to how far they live from work, and other factors.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple index of weight-for-height that is commonly used to classify underweight, overweight and obesity in adults. You can calculate and record your BMI now and then as you become more active you can do the same again and see if it has changed!

BBC Health has a BMI calculator and further information.
We ask for these postcodes to give us an approximation of how far you live from work. This helps us to understand differences in travel behaviours related to commuting distance.
